We want you to love your purchase — but if something doesn’t work out, here’s everything you need to know about returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
Return availability may vary by product. You’ll find this clearly mentioned on the product page and in your order confirmation.
If a product is not eligible for return, it will be labeled accordingly under the product description.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused, uninstalled, and in original factory condition and packaging.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
2.Domestic Returns
For returns processed within the U.S., a $14.99 deduction will be applied to cover return shipping and restocking fees.
Refunds are only issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
You’ll need your order number and email address to complete the return request.
If you use our return shipping label, a flat $14.99 return label fee will apply.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
4.Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 30 days of delivery at support@homeanddesignvibes.com
Attach a clear photo of the issue along with your order number so we can resolve the problem quickly.
Claims cannot be processed for items reported more than 30 days after delivery.
5.Return Processing Time
It typically takes our warehouse 1–2 weeks to receive and process your return.
Once complete, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been issued.
